The development is part of a new £30 Million mixed-use development and will deliver health, homes, journeys and jobs in line with Braintree District Council's key priorities. Joscelyne Chase is pleased to announce that they have been instructed by Braintree District Council to bring to market for let the restaurant/cafe & retail space which has consent for Class E use – commercial, business and service. The restaurant /cafe space will provide an area of 1,850 Sqft (171.9 SQM).

The restaurant/cafe will be completed to a shell finish presenting a fully glazed shop front, approx. 28 metres in length with two sets of trifold doors with glazed elevations which fold back to the columns. The trifold doors connect the restaurant to the outside space which will provide an external seating area. The unit will have high ceilings and it will be adjacent to the Town Hall plaza.

The retail space will have a gross internal area which measures 349 Sq ft, (32.4 Sqm). The retail space will be completed to a shell finish and will provide potential for retail, cafe or kiosk.

The space will be ready for occupation, Quarter 4, 2021.
