Launch Day

A launch day is a controlled open house and can be a great way to alleviate the stress of selling by consolidating all the viewings into one slot. We will make prior arrangements with our vendors for a suitable day and timeframe when prospective buyers can come along to view the property. We confirm all appointments, so you can expect to see a new potential purchaser every 15-30 mins.

What is the benefit of a Launch Day for sellers?

Firstly, it gives the property attention. We will advertise the property on social media, Rightmove and send the information to all applicants with matching requirements before the launch day to provide an opportunity for potential buyers to research the area, ask for details and make arrangements to view.

Secondly, a launch day helps consolidate all the viewings into one slot. A great benefit to families with young children and pets as constantly cleaning the house and putting off the dinners can become inconvenient. Alleviate the stress of selling, and pick a time to suit you although, bear in mind Saturdays are generally when most people are free to view.

Lastly, launch days can create a sense of rivalry amongst buyers, leading to immediate action from the buyers if they like the property.

Can anyone walk in off the street?

No, we take the security of your home very seriously, which is why we don't allow people to walk in from the street without an appointment.
Viewers will need to make an appointment and register their details.
We then know exactly who is attending and their buying situation.

Who conducts the viewings?

Joscelyne Chase will carry out all viewings, although if you wish to be present, you can be.

Do I have to have a Launch day?

Not at all. Our service is bespoke, so if you don't wish to have an open day, or we don't feel it is the best way to sell your property, then there is no obligation.
There is no extra charge for utilising our Launch Day service, and we will work around what suits you. We are on hand to help and advise.
